Doug Keith Show Review on JezebelMusic.com
“He began the set with an instrumental in a dropped D tuning, bringing to mind what Nick Drake might have sounded like if he was raised in Tennessee. The guitar playing was warm, soft, and inviting, and the vocals were pleasantly gruff, low, and sung from deep down. Keith played his songs effortlessly, easing into his set, taking his time. The room was crowded, but Keith’s patience and easy tempo stole the show.” Read More at JezebelMusic.com
Taking on the airwaves… Taking on the stages
Doug Keith takes on Cartwheel Radio, WRSU at Rutgers, tonight at 6pm! He’ll be giving a sneak peak of some (awesome) new songs, playing some of his older tunes and breathing heavily into the microphone for the one on one interview.
To stream WRSU fm live go to www.nj.com/wsru OR go to www.wrsu.org and click “listen”.
If you can’t listen from 6-7 tonight, don’t worry, Doug also recorded a session for Breathru Radio back in January with DJ Maia. You can check that show out anytime you want here.
And, if the radio just ain’t your bag and you’d like to see and hear Doug in person… come on down to Piano’s next Wednesday night (March 26th) for a show put on by Jezebel Music. More details to follow.

Check out Clair’s live recording from BreakThru Radio now! This is a scaled back version of the band with only three members in tow (Lindsay, Brendan & Lizzie) and is a pretty rare treat. Most of the songs are from the upcoming album Long Road Home, (coming on June 3rd) with one brand new one called “I could dream this life away.” Good good stuff!
Go ahead and pull out your planner and mark the date of March 27th at 9pm for the next Clair show at Brooklyn’s Union Hall!
